Are the letters a quality product?
We believe that our letters outshine all of our competitors. All of our letters are professionally designed and are printed on high quality Conqueror paper for the most authentic look possible. Don't be fooled by some of the cheap imitations out there!
When is the best time to order a letter?
As soon as possible. As you can imagine our Father Christmas letters are in great demand every year so the sooner we receive an order the sooner it can be processed and be prepared for postage.
Is there an age limit to the letter?
No, our letters can be aimed at any age. You could even surprise your wife or husband with one.
When will my letter be posted?
All orders before the 30th November will be posted out on the 1st of December. All orders taken on or after the 30th of November will be prepared and despatched within 48 hours, however we aim to despatch them as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. Please remember that our letters are guaranteed for delivery and should the unlikely happen and your letter not arrive by Christmas Eve, we offer a full refund

What happens if I do not receive my order?
In the very unlikely event that you do not receive your letter by Christmas Eve please email us at support@fatherchristmaspost.co.uk where we will arrange for a full refund to be issued.
How can I pay for my purchase?
All payments must be made via the website. We can accept all major credit/debit cards including VISA, VISA Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Switch and Solo. All payments are made via a secure transaction handler through Worldpay.
Why do you need specific details about my child?
We need certain information about your child to include in the personalised letter. This helps make it even more believable to your child. Details such as their address, age, best friends name etc. These are essential to maximise the authenticity and keep the magic alive. Please note that we do not pass any details to a third party.
You have charged my card but I have not received my letter yet?
Your card will be charged as soon as you place the order via the website so as to avoid any delays in posting your letter. Please bear in mind that our first postage dates may be after you have ordered. Please see our information on Postage dates for further details.
